Meet the Team

Celia Palau Lodge is an entrepreneur and consultant in the international music and global entertainment industries. She is the founder of Blue Cherry, a consultancy dedicated to supporting artists, creative teams, and organizations across the music business.

With over 200 albums to her name, Celia has worked with Grammy Award-winning artists, helped break new acts internationally, and contributed to securing over 30 Top 50 albums worldwide. Her achievements include winning two Recording Academy Grammy Award-winning albums and two Sandbox Campaign of the Year awards (via Music Ally), numerous top charting albums and speaking at over eight leading international music conferences.

Celia also serves on the Management Board of the annual showcase festival, Palestine Music Expo (PMX).

After earning her Master’s Degree in Music Business and Global Entertainment from Berklee College of Music, she has contributed to projects promoting equality and diversity in the music industry, collaborating with initiatives tied to the United Nations, TEDx, Cooking Vinyl, and independent education programs.
